Completely blocking someone in-game?

Is there a way to completely block someone on 3dx? I've already ignored the person in game, but they are still sending me 90 gold every couple of minutes and I am getting spammed with group chat invites from them. I don't know how this is possible and do not know what else to do to stop this. I've reported this person in the past, and he was banned for a week. It stopped then but it has picked back up now... and it's getting to a point where I do not want to log in anymore. I appreciate any helpful replies. Thanks!

Report the avatar. But the iggy should block this. Some have a load of avi

Seems that they are using these invitations to group chat as a way to bypass ignore. I'm surprised that they can send such an invitation to someone who has blocked them, but apparently they can. They definitely need to be reported.

Is this person in the same room as you to do this? Are they somehow stalking you?
