Local Chat - A Call to Community

3DX, can we normalize using local chat a little more?
For years and years, it's gotten worse and worse, but at this point... literally everyone seems afraid to do anything but DM, afraid to say a single thing out loud unless it's a banal argument in World Chat.

It's okay to be shy, but guys / gals, local chat is the soul of a good room vibe.

We don't bite (unless you're into that ), so go ahead, say hi, drop comments, react to things. We're all anonymous, unwind!
