Game won't launch, reinstalling leads to patching hangs on -> patched 68 of 69 files

I just wanted to start the game after takeing a nap and shutting down my computer, After i woke up and wanting to launch the game the launcher would load but wouldnt start the game. So i deleted all the files and downloaded the launcher zip from the homepage running it after leading to downloading the game but then on the patching it will not finish patching the last file. Had no problems before that.

Okey it fixed itself after deleteing the task in Windows Manager (Windows11) Said something about corrupted files, so the program deleted the gamefiles (well at least it said it did) downloaded again and patched this time sucessfully.

DJ Davina, DJ Sany, Lincoln, and others have the same problem. Darvina has now deleted Norton from her PC, and since then, the launcher has been successfully patching to completion.
So, try disabling all antivirus programs. With Norton and Kapersky, the only solution is to completely delete them, because they run in the background even when disabled.

I paid for the game and now I can't play. I was able to download the launcher only through mega. But the launcher does not load the game files. Who should I contact here?  Here is a screenshot...

Add the game to the exception of your antivirus and firewall 

Don't use NVDIA, Discord overlay

Depending on your location you may need a VPN
