"NEED MY THINGS BACK"

I know it sounds like I deleted all my houses and clothes myself. I didn't. when we enter the game it shows our avatars with a play button and an edit button at the bottom of them under feet. Next to play button it show a little box with a letter in it with a flashing red light. Does anyone else get that on your sign in page? I go to edit button and click to enter game. When I go to saved outfits, My newest and best saved outfits are missing. Yes I know how to save my outfits. I start looking further and all my properties are gone. My Clubs are gone and most my clothes that I've made and saved for 4 yrs are gone? I did not do this. Someone is doing this to my account. Even my newest clothes are gone. Have I been hacked? Not sure what to do? Any idea's?          sweetpeaches

thats bad to hear. but you should know that your outfits and the rooms are saved on your own device, not in your account! but i had something similar some months ago, but a friend helped me out. i'Ve saved my stuff inside the "My Documents" folder. with on of these long windows updates the folder "my documents" was empty. a friend told me that i sould search on the C:\ for the name of one of the old files, or for .avatar or .world ! so i found out that my stuff was still there in a folder with the name i use to login to windows and besite it was a folder with the same name but with .local at the end. so i just had to copy the stuff from the old to the new folder, now having a copy on a usb device too (because onedrive is to small to keep all my stuff).

 

So could it be that you have had a big windows update too? hope this will help a lil bit.
