Hi, I'm the new guy. I actually thought that in a chat like this, it was part of the game for men to be able to wear women's clothes. To dress like a little slut. Suspenders, thongs, and high heels! Why can't I dress my male character like a sissy? What am I doing wrong? Is there a clothing store and outfits location somewhere? Regards, Mike

Nope. There is no premium content or something like that when it comes to clothes/poses.

And yeah, there are no feminine clothes for male avis in the game currently. I think there is not even makeup available for male avis, though I can't say for sure - don't have a male avi myself.

But, there is an option for female avi to have a penis. It's not in a character customization options, it's available to switch in the world, when you are already spawning in some location. So sissies, crossdressers and femboys in this game usually just using a female avi with penis. You can just use minimal breasts size making them very small and, if you wish, a more androgynous face / bodysliders if you want your avi to look boy-ish.
