pc6652177 Posted March 9 Posted March 9 I am experiencing significant difficulties with the VR functionality in 3DXChat. My Oculus Rift S headset is not being recognized by the software, and the F1 key command is ineffective. As a paying subscriber, I find this situation highly unsatisfactory. I request that this issue be addressed promptly, or I will be compelled to discontinue my use of the platform.
TonyFrx Posted March 9 Posted March 9 Can you tell us what program you are using to connect to your PC? It seems that Meatquest Link is no longer working. The alternative is Virtual Desktop or Steam VR.

Yesterday, after using SteamVR, I was able to enter 3DX Chat's VR mode. However, the graphics were very laggy. This was because in the SteamVR settings, I had set SteamVR to OpenXR runtime. But if I switch back to the Meta Quest Link application and set Meta Quest Link as the OpenXR runtime, the graphics are no longer laggy, but I can't use the Rift S controllers to bring up the SteamVR menu, which means I can't use SteamVR's view recentering function.
TonyFrx Posted March 12 Posted March 12 I'm not familiar with SteamVR, I use Virtual Desktop which works very well but I also can't get the VD menu to display in the headset once the connection with the PC has been established. To recenter, I do it with the menu button on the controller.
