So... I realize that women have tons of clothing options - however a particular item is missing from the tops that I feel could give a little more personality to that professional or business casual look that some women love, which could add depth and layer to whatever particular look someone's going for.

I am, of course, talking about this particular article of clothing, sans the blazer:image.png.630e53d7d9a25570f1174f9a739dcc98.png

I think this is something of a travesty, really - because if you consider the range of fashion that a button-up blouse is applicable to... it's obnoxiously universal.  As I mentioned, it can really tie a formal or business casual outfit together.  It's a rather ordinary piece of everyday fashion that also goes well with pleated plaid skirts and thigh high socks.  Or jeans.  Or leather leggings.  The possibilities are endlessObviously, with the material layering, this breathes new, refreshing life into customization and individuality by offering a nigh limitless number of possibilities that could complete the look of our new favorite outfits.

Of course, the game already has something of the like for male characters, which brings me to my next point:image.thumb.png.5ea93487b0711b69d92645121618e068.png

They also have the option to use the Hider function to have either the sleeves long, pulled up, or rolled and fastened like so.  Theirs also incorporates a tie.  It could be that a female version instead has the option of having one or two... or three buttons undone.  Could also be an option for the shirt tail to be tucked or remain untucked.

Examples of the range of the simple button up blouse:

Anywho, thanks for coming to my TED Talk.

Subtle details like this [and many others in forum] can really help differentiate, bring creativity, boost attraction, and (as a result) bring new users.

Sidea (side idea):
As  fashion options & flexibility grow within 3DX, it may afford/allow/encourage real life fashion designers to create first in 3DX, host actual fashion shows, perhaps eventually variations of Victoria Secret Fashion shows, and attract similar massive crowds .. allowing all 3DX participants to explore & enjoy the behind-the -scenes fun otherwise inaccessible to 99% in real life.

"Anywho, thanks for coming to my TED Talk.🙂💖

This would be cute in sheer or lace wearing a bra under or nothing

Very solid - but I'm not sure the way the meshes correlate in current programming would suffice well for it.

We have pseudo-lace in the materials where you can get some modicum of lace-like appearance, but as anyone whom has used that material well knows, it's not actually transparent, like so:

Note that the "lace" does not display the tattoo, or really even the flesh beneath.

I'd imagine this is due to the game's mesh not actually rendering the model beneath the clothing in order to minimize clipping issues.  Those clipping issues are quite prevalent in models that have a little, shall we call it "thiccness" to them...;

...and I am very much down with the thiccness.

I would, of course, absolutely love for lace materials to become a thing, and as always more unique capacity for customization is a plus.  Thanks for the input!

there's a possible way to make it more skin tone: change lace's base color to #FFC1B0, then adjust the color picker as close as avatar's current skin tone, it may work, but it only fits the pink-ish skin tone, and need a lot of adjusts.

I'm not too particularly worried about the tone of it.  Lighting has an odd effect on it anyway, and it's a little awkward to match it to a more pinkish tone that persists in different lighting.

The comment was more geared toward there not being a material for clothing that actually imposes an alpha channel to show what's beneath - and in many cases there'd be nothing to 'show' anyway, because there's no actual body mesh beneath the clothing, as it stands.

I do appreciate the effort, of course!
