Only older version of launcher is available?

After the latest patch, the launcher version was 4. But when I try to download the game from the member site, all I see is launcher version 3. Where is the newest version of the launcher available? Could someone check the download files to verify this?

@Alleycat30 you're right. it is Version 3 from your picture. but its updating in a few secondonds to version 4 by itself.

Hey NordGirlyBi,

I clicked the file and let it run for about 20 minutes and it still didn't update to version 4. I guess the game will no longer work for any new players, and any current players are going to be out of luck if their game stops working. Time for me to find another virtual world to play in

I wish that support would  be quicker to respond to such problems.. but have you tried directly contacting the support, Alleycat30?

Hi Tim,

I started with support, then decided to post in the community forum to see if others were having a similar problem. I must say, support has been very nice and quick to respond.

Just be patient and persistent. There are too many variables, so you just need to keep plugging along.
