Jake54 Posted January 9 Posted January 9 I have recently downloaded the game and have been trying for 2 days to get it to work. The small box opens and checks the files, then it says "Launching the game" and then nothing, the game does not launch. Am I dong something wrong or is it a fault with the game? Please can anyone suggest anything?

Jake54 Posted January 10 Author Posted January 10 I have done all of that but still not launching, I think I will have to apply for a refund if it is not sorted soon.

Cal Posted January 10 Posted January 10 I am having similar issues where the game works on a machine with Win 10 but stopped working suddenly on my other machine with Win 11. I have tried to open the game with vpn and firewall and antivirus turned off. Still, the game launches and I select my character, I land in my apartment and then it stops... no red box. If I click on it I get Program Not Responding. My game downloaded and installed into my Downloads folder on both machines

Try updating your drivers, e.g check if there is a log with an explanation for the unexpected crash/shutdown of 3dx.
