What is with all the redboxing???

as soon as i get on the game it redboxes me every time i try. What is going on?

The game starts normally, displays a list of characters, after selecting a character, the game outputs in a moment "Connection refused"...I tried to change the server US or EU, but the problem is not solved. Moreover, if I have time to open my profile, then some of my friends are displayed as online...

seems like general issue. I had first the usual "connection lost" redbox, and attempting to reconnect I had the "connection refused" instead.

Status page shows everything fine (excepted the number of visits on the page which has considerably raised the last 35 minutes).

No server (EU US cloud) works.

I have the same issue as well, also I have noticed that you cannot click either US or EU for area connection as its forced only to the Cloud. 
That itself needs to be taken away as Cloud processing on alot of MMOs have had severe connections issues lately.

Same Connection Refused  doesn't help that status says all is well and a self test is perfect

I think it's the same problem for all players. Just look at the number of people on the forum.

From Spain, it doesn't work either. So it must be something from the general server

Je pense qu’à mon avis ils suppriment les serveurs US et EU pour ne laisser que le cloud, c’est un gros échec là-bas, depuis leur dernière mise à jour rien ne se passe bien
