PluushPuussy Posted December 12, 2024 Posted December 12, 2024 It kept hanging up wouldn't progress after it cleaned my files, I tried downloading it again through the forum and your link is to a subscription and it won't keep me logged in. I paid ANOTHER month and it won't give me a download link. I'm starting to not trust you guys after sending me through these circles with no solutions.
PluushPuussy Posted December 12, 2024 Author Posted December 12, 2024 (edited) Ok, I learned it's a forced password rest and I'm still angry over the $10 then I found out it was my other account that I resubbed. Getting really angry at myself and angrier with 3dx. I try to update that account with a new password and I let that email drop ages ago and I can't log into it because it's secured by an old phone number I don't have anymore. I can't get into that email so what is my solution? I can't Manage Account to change my password because I have to change my passowrd to Manage Account. Same here. Cant get in and every time I try to reset the password nothing gets sent to my email address. Clearly from the comments here its NOT just me. Whats worse is that the only response I was able to get was "contact support". But that's impossible as it asks for a id confirmation number thats in the email that I cant access now due to this "security update"!

I don't know what this "update" was for or even if it was needed. Ive tried and tried to no avail to reconnect but now I can see its not my end. Also I just found out that the desktop shortcut I use is now just gone.

I can't believe it, and pretty sure they're just kicking me to the back of the line again.

This isn't a subscriber issue, its something they messed up when they implemented this change. We just need them to change it back, or at least communicate with us so we can get it fixed SuWei 1

Was logged on yesterday in the AM no issues, left to deal with some things, and when I came back later lastnight the launcher would do it's thing "Game launching in 3...2...1" but it never launched. So I tried restarting my computer, got the same issue, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game this morning....same issue. The game has all required exceptions, because I had to do that after the password reset. So right now when I have the time to be online I can't be because of some unknown issue...Oh and PS there is no error message

One hour it was fine to log on and the next it just shuts down. Been reinstalling, removing the register keys, rebooting and nothing seems to work, forwarded with my antivirus as well and still nothing. I already managed to change my password a few days ago with no issues.

Could you explain what that was about? Did it have something to do with the delivery of the password reset emails, or was there another reason? The support team has helped me in the meantime, and I can log in again. However, I still don’t fully understand the situation with the new email address and would like to know if it plays an important role. Thanks so much for your help! Smile SuWei

I also cannot write to technical support, since they require an Order ID, and there are no such letters in my email inbox.

QueenDesire Posted December 17, 2024 Posted December 17, 2024 I was on this morning for about 5 minutes, got the Wonderful Reconnect Red Box, tried to launch the game again, and it would not allow me in. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, and it got to the 3, 2, 1, then dropped; it won't launch. This game has been crazy bad since the new update; it's very frustrating. Are others having this issue as well, we should never have had to change our password. Can someone anyone tell me what is going on. Thanks
