I think many people have thought about the fact that it's boring to see perfect bodies in absolutely all the characters. As for me, it would be cool to be able to edit the bodies of your characters with more extensive changes. It is not only about the desire to diversify the game models, but also to satisfy the fetishes of a very large number of people. Those who do not like it can simply ignore it, but those who do like it do not have such an opportunity at the moment. I would like to see a more extensive body customization for my characters, make them a little plump, which in some cases even adds sexiness, add a few moles, and so on.

Not really sure outside of stuff like tattoo body cosmetic what else you can have them do, if you mean actually wide range of bodies like the sims 4 for instance, it will likely not work for here while maintaining quality level of the poses integrity unless they redo old animation to match for them and spend additional time on new animations to match for each body type. Its the same reason where likely never going to have different cock sizes due to how they may mess with the animation quality.

So If it is not possible to change the size and shape of the avatars, then perhaps it would be more possible to create an aging process. A kind of slider with which you can set the age between 18 and ?. This should be possible for the face and breasts, without problems with old and new poses. We already have physics that doesn't work well and they could convert it into gravity.
