After several years of playing in a couple, we found out what we need and are obligatory:
1 - Automatic pose acceptance option (from a partner) - it is very annoying and really interferes with allowing every proposed pose!
2 - Option to save the accepted partner when changing location. The accepted partner is saved either until exiting the game or by pressing the "stop partnership" button.
3 - add maximum speed in the pose (see attachment) too slow, need to be 30% faster :)))
4 - traces of sperm after orgasm on the body (change of location, swimming in the sea, exiting the game - erases traces)

Agreed these options should be represented.
