League of 3DXers

I don't know how many 3dxers play League, but I know there are quite a few.  I don't know how many like to keep main stream gaming separate from 3dx, but I thought I'd start a thread to see how many here play and how many would like to grab a game.  URF is over, but we can still play some ARAM for fun.

Question , what is League ?

Other question , what is URF ?

And last question , What is ARAM ?

League of Legends is largest multiplayer game in world at the moment.

It is free to play usually played 5v5 or 3v3 format.

Urf and Aram are both game mods such as different maps or different condition of winnings or mechanics.

I heard some people lovely call it "League of Assholes"

Every competitive game in world will have those,

Every game where you have to depend on other people to win, people that you MIGHT not know and your win / lose is heavily affected by their performance will spew rage and hate and toxicity.

That's why I recommend playing it with friends unless you have high bullshit tolerance.

bear in mind this is year old already. League have grown since then considerably.

Also unfortunately Skar article is  source from raptr which isn't representative of anything it's something like xfire was 7 years ago.

Since is 3rd party made program that tracks your playtime and uses some promos in some games for free stuff. It also have few scandals with malware if i remember correctly. Most people use it to get free stuff at best.

It is very small sample of players, and communities since most people would not hear term " raptr " unless they are quite serious about gaming or seen ad  here which says " install this and you can get item Z in your game".

edit: I also want to point out that there are many more people that no longer play league of legends but watch tournaments on sites such as twitch.
