jbond Posted December 13, 2022 Share Posted December 13, 2022 (edited) Had to re-install the game, and now it won't let me sign in. Whenever I try to log in, it says that the game files are corrupt. (The Launcher patches the files and then launches the game, but then I run into this problem.) I've disabled my firewall and I always Run as Administrator, but that hasn't seemed to help. SerenityWillow Posted December 18, 2022 Share Posted December 18, 2022 It sounds like to me it is your AV software is doing it. I have been reading a lot of issues people are having since the update and it always seems to lead to AV software doing it. Try again with a new install but disable your AV temporarily to install it. I think what is happening is the new update has files that some AV stuff sees as generic viruses. It then deletes said files and makes the game freakout when logging in because it can't find it's files and says it is corrupted.
