Paulinus Posted October 24, 2022 Share Posted October 24, 2022 Same for me, was disconnected yesterday around 20:30 CET and cannot connect since then. that means, I can connect, but there is no room list and the chat is dead. and I get disconnected after a minute again. Same with US or European server. I surely understand that there may be some problems sometimes, but thats not longer funny now! Paulinus Posted October 24, 2022 Share Posted October 24, 2022 (edited) thank you, but this doesnt help me a bit, did this several times already: everthings green, still no rooms and no chat when logging in and still "connection refused" after a minute. current time of this test now 1922-10-24 19:20 CET and this situation is sincec yesterday 1922-20 23 20:20 CET ITS REALLY NO LONGER FUNNY. PLEASE SUPPORT COMMENT !!!! added: i also downloaded and installed the game new, made a computer cleaning of all caches and checked the registry for faults. NOTHING CHANGED ! I contacted customer service and they were no help. SabineXXX Posted October 24, 2022 Share Posted October 24, 2022 (edited) Heya Paulinus, I have exact the same symptoms, since the troubles last night i keep connection refused and no populated room list, so it is impossibe for me to play. Did all the tests (inluding that Powershell script) everything was fine and dandy according to those tests. MissD gave me valuable information with trying a VPN though,so i connected via a German VPN and bingo: problems were over! When i switched back to my local IP or to a Dutch VPN, problems started again. Its not a solution, i know, because gaming through a VPN is not very stable, let alone not everybody has a VPN service. Are you connecting from the Netherlands by the way? Just curious. And maybe it helps us to find the cause of the problem. Halderim Posted October 25, 2022 Share Posted October 25, 2022 I am having the same issue right about now, since the server did a reboot 2 days ago. I am on a IPV6 DS Lite connection my ISP is Vodafone Germany I can not change my public IP as my IP is tunneled through a IPV4 NAT which is always the same for my connection. This is clearly a server issue and needs to be fixed by the 3dx team. Using a VPN like Proton or Privado is a workaround not a solution.
