Connection Refused reconnect

I have a problem only a few days a week when i get the message Connection Refused  reconnect

After three days everything is back to normal   but so frustration  and support are not much help

I log on as normal  games loads fine   Everything is there except people  even music   i can also see friends on line through my profile page.

just so weird  

And need help to sort out if it a 3dxchat problem or is it me
