Would love this, but please, let me swim in any pool on any level if deep enough. If you have a city penthouse with pool, jump animation and next take an underwater walk because swimming is just possable at ocean level...

In the base game rooms there are some special animations, not found outside there.
Like... washing your hands at the night club.
