Connection refused

I just ran the test, and it came back all good.  I still get connection refused.  Is there another solution.  I tried the uninstall/reinstall method, the restart method, the firewall method, clear cache method.  Any help would be appreciated.

I followed the directions to upload it, i thought.

Hehe okay but I need the upload result ID :)

If you do another test, just share the last part of the URL here so I can take a look

@Tigermike28 If my test passes but 3DXChat still gives problems, it must be some sort of application/firewall/anti-virus software preventing the 3DXChat client to connect to the server.

From this point it is difficult to troubleshoot, just try and disable/uninstall every potential piece of software that could cause this.. Again, antivirus software, VPN software, firewall, anti-malware, etc etc.

@Tigermike28, have you looked at the Customer FAQ's, in particular these two:

https://3dxchat.com/support/#connect

https://3dxchat.com/support/#lost

Also, have you tried connecting via a VPN?  I know Colin advised disabling any VPN software you had running, and that is good advice if you are getting Connection Refused while using VPN software.  However, if you haven't tried VPN software it is worth a go.  There are free VPN software tools and various ones have been advised from time to time on this Forum, including by the 3dxchat staff (@Lisa).
