Using Sam Broadcaster & Caster

Hi there.  Not sure if I'm doing the right thing here but here goes.  I want to play music in my room.  I am already set up with Sam Broadcaster and Caster.fm.  When I put the link in the dj player in my room I don't hear anything.  Is there some setting I need to change or is it not compatible?  Thank you for any help in advance.

I would recommend using Radio Boss and Icecast, that's what I use and it works flawlessly. Icecast is free no limitations.

Radio Boss has an internal server as well, a rare feature most do not have.

The way I have mine setup is I stream to my room with the internal server, and when I host my music site and web page or need to stream http I stream through my icecast server.

If all you are looking to do is stream to your room, then you don't even need a streaming server, you can just use the internal server in Radio Boss.

Also the input for the radio station should be in this format:

http://your.radiostationaddress.xxx/station name if applicable.
