Cannot login on Internet cable connection only on Wi-Fi

Internet cable connection works okay for browsing the Internet

I think tried everything but maybe not

things I have tried:

update driver for network adapter

reset network settings

allowed all 3dxchat  exe files through AVG virus checker

does anybody have any suggestions of things I may not have tried?

personally i am connected with a wire too and i don't have any problem to log into the game
