Screenshots do not appear in the folder :( :( :( :(

J'ai été absent près d'un mois. Je ne pouvais pas  me connecter à 3DXChat, pour des raisons personnelles.
Quand je suis revenu, en me connectant, j'ai eut toutes les mises à jour du jeu, depuis septembre et octobre.

Après la musique (radio dans le jeu), qui ne fonctionne plus depuis plusieurs mois, j'ai un nouveau bug bizare. Quand je prends un screenshot, il n'apparait pas, dans le dossier.
J'ai eut ce problème une fois, et la solution était avec mon anti virus, qui bloquait. Il fallait donner la permission, dans les paramettres de l'antivirus. J'ai regardé, j'ai fait la même chose, j'ai essayé, mais ça ne fonctionne toujours pas. Impossible d'avoir mes screenshots.
J'ai regardé dans :Documents > 3DXChat > Screenshots
Il n'ay aucun des nouveaux screenshots que j'ai pris.
Quelqu'un aurait une solution s'il vous plait ? Parce que c'est très chiant, tous ces bugs. Et non, je n'ai pas de problèmes de connexions.

I was away for almost a month. I couldn't log into 3DXChat, for personal reasons.
When I returned, by logging in, I had all the updates to the game, since September and October.

After the music (in-game radio), which has not worked for several months, I have a new bizarre bug. When I take a screenshot, it doesn't appear in the folder.
I had this problem once, and the solution was with my anti virus, which was blocking. You had to give permission, in the antivirus settings. I looked, I did the same, I tried, but it still doesn't work. Unable to have my screenshots.
I looked in: Documents> 3DXChat> Screenshots
There are none of the new screenshots I took.
Anyone have a solution please? Because it's very boring, all these bugs. And no, I don't have any connection problems.

There was an issue in the past but back to 3DXChat 1.0 or so but it should be solved with the new directory for screenshots.

Anyway: Try starting 3DXChat as Admin and see if it gets better. Another option is making a fresh download of the installer, uninstall the existing game and then re-install into a new folder, do not use the old folder. It already happened to me like to many others that occasionally an updates messes something up.

Well, it should work without being started as Admin.

J'avais le même problème à un moment et le problème était que mon antivirus (avast) bloquait la sauvegarde des screenshots dans le dossier. J'ai juste mis une exeption sur 3DX et ça a tout résolu (à part la radio du jeu qui ne fonctionne toujours pas lol)

I had the same problem at a time and i've found that my antivirus (avast) was blocking the save of the screenshots in the folder. I just added an exeption in it for 3DX and it solved everything. (exept the game radio that still don't work lol)

Ps: si ça ne fonctionne pas essaye de voir dans le dossier du jeu lui même dans le disque où le jeu est sauvegardé.

FR : J'ai pensé à cette solution de tout désinstaller et de tout réinstaller. Je ne voulais pas avoir à en arriver là, mais si le problème persiste, je serais obligé d'essayer... Je vais essayer d'exécuter le jeu en en tant qu'administrateur, afin de voir si ça fonctionne.

Je n'ai pas bien compris, ce que tu me demande de vérifier, dans le dossier du jeu lui même. A part ici :Documents > 3DXChat > Screenshots, je ne vois pas d'autre emplacement.  Peux tu être un peu plus précise ?

- J'ai désinstallé, complètement 3DXChat de mon ordinateur, avec CCleaner
- J'ai fait un nettoyage des fichiers avec CCleaner
- J'ai supprimé le fichier d'installation de 3DXChat

Jusque là, pas de problème.
Je me suis connecté.
J'ai testé les captures d'écran. J'ai cliqué sur : Ouvrir le dossier de captures d'écran. Il n'y a rien. Il est vide.
Documents > 3DXChat > Screenshots
- J'ai fermé le jeu.
- J'ai été dans mon anti virus. (Avast)
- J'ai de nouveau paramétrer les autorisations pour 3DXChat, (dans le cas où cela serait mon anti virus qui bloquerait)
- J'ai redémarré mon ordinateur
- J'ai relancé 3DXChat
- J'ai testé de nouveau de prendre une photo dans le jeu
- J'ai ouvert le dossier de captures d'écran, il est toujours vide...

Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution s'il vous plait ? C'est très chiant.

- I reinstall it as Administrator
So far, no problem.
I am online.
I tested the screenshots. I clicked on: Open screenshots folder. There is nothing. It's empty.
Documents> 3DXChat> Screenshots
- I closed the game.
- I was in my anti virus. (Avast)
- I again set the permissions for 3DXChat, (in case that would be my anti virus which would block)
- I restarted my computer
- I relaunched 3DXChat
- I tried again to take a picture in the game
- I opened the screenshots folder, it is still empty ...

Does anyone have a solution please? It's very annoying.

Ben, moi, étrangement, j'ai le dossier des screenshot dans doccuments aussi, mais le jeu en lui même est sauvegardé dans disque C > games

Donc tu peux vérifier dedans voir si ya pas un autre dossier screenshot parasite.

En effet. Lors de l'installation précédente du jeu, je n'avais pas identifié ce dossier : games, donc je ne voyais pas ce que tu voulais dire.
Là, comme j'ai fait une désinstallation et une réinstallation je l'ai vu. J'ai vérifié dedans et non Il n'y a pas de deuxième dossier screenshots parasite.

If you use Avast, that is the reason. Adding 3dx to both Exceptions and Blocked & allowed apps in Avast fixed it for me.

Et bien, comme je l'ai dit plus haut, j'ai mis 3DXChat dans les exceptions de Avast, mais malgré cela, c'était toujours bloqué.

De plus, en vérifiant, Windows Defender était désactivé, donc ce n'était pas cela non plus.

Quoi qu'il en soit, je ne sait pas ce que c'était, mais il semble que le problème soit résolut. J'ai attendu un peu avant de venir écrire et depuis deux jours, je vois de nouveau mes captures d'écran, dans le dossier : Documents > 3DXChat > Screenshots.

C'était peut être un soucis de mise à jour, je ne sais vraiment pas.
