Forgotten password - e-mail is not coming

So, the time to renew the account has come. However - I forgot the password, so I can't login to the members site to renew the subscription.

The e-mail with the new password is however not coming (yes, I checked the spam folder, yes I'm writing the e-mail correctly).

Any ideas what to do now?

but you renew the sub with bmt... Which password have lost? If BMT ask BMT.

I have lost password to 3DX official site. I had saved password on the game directly, however not on the site.

I think the game password and the member site passwords are the same, so if you know your game password it should work on the member site.

If you have saved the game password in the sence of "remember me" and don"t actually know your game password, then you can try the forgotten password option on the game login screen and see if that works to send an email.
