can't download the game

i try to download the game but nothing happens

Juliejj, can you provide more information? 

Some things that might be helpful to know are:

Has the game been working on you computer before?  What is the last version you have used? What site are you trying to download from?  Is your anti-virus or firewall blocking access to the site?  Are you logged on to your computer as Adminstrator?  Do you see any error messages at all?

The Windows firewall normally blocks the 3dxc.exe when I download it and I have to manually "allow" Windows to run it. Maybe that's the problem.

I am having issues downloading the installer as well. I get no message of any kind, the download just fails to start. Tried over a couple of days, but still no luck.

Peut-être que quelques suggestions pourront vous aider.

1 - Vérifier que la configuration de votre matériel supporte 3DXChat. Je crois qu'il y a une spécificité pour ceux possédant un ordinateur, de marque Apple.
2 - Vérifiez vos mises à jour OS. Si votre OS n'est pas à jour, il vaut mieux faire les mises à jour qu'il demande.
3 - Si vous avez, déjà, installé 3DXChat, au par avant et qu'il s'agit d'une réinstallation, je vous conseille de nettoyer votre ordinateur des anciens fichiers d'installations. Cela peut parasiter la nouvelle installation. Personnellement j'utilise CCleaner, mais vous pouvez un autre logiciel qui a la même fonction. Vider la poubelle, les caches etc... Vérifiez qu'il ne reste rien et essayez de nouveau de l'installer.
4 - Selon les anti virus utilisez, ils peuvent bloquer le téléchargement, ainsi que l'installation. Désactivez le temporairement, pour le téléchargement et l'installation.
5 - Toujours concernant les anti virus. Ajoutez une exception d'autorisation pour 3DXChat, afin que votre anti virus, (exemple Avast), ne le bloque pas, ou n'en bloque pas certaines fonctionnalités.

Maybe a few suggestions will help you.

1 - Check that your hardware configuration supports 3DXChat. I believe that there is a specificity for those having an Apple brand computer.
2 - Check your OS updates. If your OS is not up to date, it is better to make the updates that it asks for.
3 - If you have already installed 3DXChat before and it is a reinstallation, I advise you to clean your computer of the old installation files. This can interfere with the new installation. Personally I use CCleaner, but you can other software which has the same function. Empty the trash, caches etc ... Check that nothing is left and try to install it again.
4 - Depending on the anti virus software you use, they can block the download, as well as the installation. Temporarily disable it, for download and installation.
5 - Still concerning anti virus. Add an authorization exception for 3DXChat, so that your anti virus, (example Avast), does not block it, or does not block certain features.
