Cheers all.. I was wondering if anyone else was having the same issues

1. 3DXCHAT.COM comes up as problem website

2.when loading program it says check connections/fire walls

3.When game loads.. Can't check peoples profiles or pics.. Just comes up as a giant Red Question Mark.

4. Cant go to other rooms or will get an error

5.PM's aren't going through or constantly saying person is offline when they aren't

Does anyone have a fix for this? I've already fully deleted the game and re downloaded.. I've turned off all Firewalls and done multiple virus scans and When made sure when Windows Defender was on it allowed the game to by pass its security... been going on now for past few days so any assistance would be great.. thanks

Server side problem... you can do nothing but wait and try to relog... it will work

Another waiting game I see, I hope this gets fixed soon cause I'm sure this is happening to a lot of people and trying to reload game doesn't help.. same problems. over and over  thanks for response though greatly appreciated

this time isnt any firewall today server is not running well ...i noticed my self  and in many rooms ppl that havent load properly ,ppl not showing only after many log in tries 

today is kinda crap and guess what not even many ppl online as we speak (eddited for correction normal online quantity of ppl )

Im having similar issues. I dont use Kaspersky, and I cant see most profiles (some load) or pictures, when in my room I cannot select a radio station (it comes up blank where normally all the stations are listed), and on the main login screen it no longer shows me the recent updates feed (says cannot connect to the server). Not sure if its related, but super frustrating as theres little to no help from devs as usual.

Oh I didn't realise that   I haven't been online in the game yet today.  I suspect one of the servers needs a kick.

So here is what I figured out today. I have Xfinity XFi complete service and on the router/modem, you can turn on or off the Advanced Security protection service. When looking at the recent security events, all 3dxchat servers are being labeled as spam/phishing websites. Turning off the Advance Security resolved the issue in order to play the game as normal. This is a case of the IP address associated with the 3dxchat servers has been blacklisted and routers that utilize security protection are blocking it. Some might notify you but others just silently block the network connection. To be able to play immediately, you can disable the security protections on your router but I advise turning them back on after you are done. Root cause of the problem is 3dxchat needs to either shift their servers to a non-blacklisted server or work with the different DNS blacklists to get delisted. Disabling your anti-virus and other system security is not advised! You are only opening yourself to being compromised. Hope this helps and I especially hope it gives 3dxchat a clue as to what is going on.

I've been scratching my head all day wondering why some people had access and others didn't and DaddyofSin was correct... Xfinity xfi wifi is blocking 3dx as malicious programs and stopped loading of pics and Rooms..This needs to be fixed ASAP.. We shouldn't have to turn off our Anti-virus programs in order for this to work... The game was completely Blacklisted from xfinity.
