Spamming is prohibited messages in chats. This therefore includes excessive use of caps. and another one from 3dx site: 2.05. Spamming or posting nonsensical messages is prohibited in the chats. This also includes excessive use of caps. There is something for this type of forum: "Submit an idea, help us to improve 3DXChat" So, this is not a spam as well as room announcements in wc.
