Truth is it's a fetish lots of players have, it can be optional for players who don't like it, and it's 100% safe

If the developers want this to be in the game they could easily pull it off, like how they added female avatars with dicks

I have no use for the penis and strap-on options either.  I never had a penis or strap-on in real life and I do not want/need one of those here.

And, for some reason, many men in 3DXChat seem to think every woman wants to ass fuck them with a strap-on.  Many of us are NOT into doing such a thing.

Second Life has several different versions of pregnancy and it seems quite popular there. Not really one of my fetishes, but I don't see why it shouldn't be added, as long as we don't go into anything illegal and/or immoral (ie. child avatars in an adult game). 

If they don't/won't add it here and you really want to do pregnancy play, there is always Second Life.

Yes, pregnancy in a sex game is creepy and a complete turn off for a large number of people.. Just as smacking a woman around is also. The later being why many woman from other words are turned off by 3DX.

Ah so....when you select "Pregnant" from tha Character Editor or howevs ya wanna implement eet, does your baby belly poke through your clothes? ie Clip through, because not only are they going to have to add tha baby belly but also model clothes for that body mesh, also if you plan on having sex with a baby belly tha sex poses arent going to work. You will mostly have to have specially designed poses fo baby belly peeps as tha poses are finely tuned with our current body meshes.

Your idea reminds me of the Sims but I'm thinking as much sex everyone is having would result in almost every woman being pregnant and I'm positive that a large part of the community isn't ready to see hundreds of women walking around clubs pregnant. If they could add some form of contraception in 3D this might truly work. And lets be honest, with updates mostly being focused on hair, clothes and poses they'll never get around into adding realism in 3D. I'm certainly not opposed to this feature and really could a lot be fun but it's never going to happen imo.
