  1. Hello, We need your help. Not long ago my friends computer crashed and recently she got her computer back from repairs but she has problems with 3dxchat and we do not know what to do anymore or how to fix that. She has installed 3dxchat, she logs in and after 3 to 5 minutes, her game crashes. She gets, 3DXChat.exe doesn’t respond and the options, close the program or wait untill the program response (see screenshot). She already did the following steps in order to try and fix it her problem but nothing worked: - Updated Windows - Updated drivers - Reinstalled 3dxchat several times I even send her my installed 3dxchat files but that didn’t work either. She keeps crashing after a few minutes. Now i have read on the forum about someone else having issues logging in and people recommended using this: https://www.windowscentral.com/how-open-and-analyze-dump-error-files-windows-10 What can we do, to make sure her 3dxchat doesn’t crash after being online for 3-5 minutes. Run the above link and sen dit to 3dxchat support so you could figure out what goes wrong or is this a known problem and do you know how to fix it right away? With kind Regards Marloes.

I can login (Windows 11), and edit my avatar, and join the standard rooms, but can't see anything in the world chat, can't see any custom rooms, all the standard rooms like the beach are empty, and the friends I see online can't see me online, and if I try contacting them the message doesn't go through. I tried both using and not using a VPN. I set the VPN to a server in the US, and a server in Netherlands. I tried changing the game server between US and Europe. All to no avail.
  3. these are some of the problems I'm encountering in the test server. Logging in with either hugee amounts of money or 0. my world sometimes doesn't display. Loading worlds from file (or even switching to the default one) doesn't work Chat sometimes shows dialogue without a name. I hope this gets fixed soon. GoodLuck!
  4. The game keeps freezing for me I think I've followed all the steps from customer support. I've even had someone from the support team confirm that my laptop meets all the minimum requirements. I'm running the game at the lowest quality and screen resolution. Yet still the game will freeze on me. I'll be able to play for a little bit, but at some point it freezes. It's very frustrating. I thought it could be my internet, but my laptop still shows as connected to wifi. Also, I can still hear the music playing in the game. The picture just freezes. If it was an internet issue I would think my laptop would show as not connected, or the game would unfreeze once connection was regained. So I'm at a loss I really like this game and want to keep playing but if I can't figure this out, I'm going to have to stop my membership. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
  5. Yesterday I entered the game , cant find anyone except me. maybe something went wrong because of version. But my computer failed to download patch 375, i tried the official solution which didn't work its link"http://3dxchat.com/support/" i wonder if the developer can upload the newest version of game. pls help me. BTW, i purchased a one-month membership. One month later, will my character be delected?
  6. Good Evening all, I've just resubscribed after a long hiatus only to find the game will not run correctly. To be specific I get to a room and the game immediately crashes. Things I've tried so far turning all the settings right down checking my own drivers, when none of that worked completely rebuilt my windows drive. I'm now at a complete loss and it seems £60 out of pocket this hardly seems fair as such a situation would be easily avoided by having a free trial membership available. Can anyone help?

Today is a very bad connection with the game: login after 5-10 tryes, infinite loading, white rooms, do not load the profiles...I've already checked all connections and equipment on which to play and there is no problem. I would like to clarify that I have one today this is happening or the problem directly in the game server?
  8. Hi everyone, I decide to close this topic since there will be no further develloppement and I am abandoning the project. It didn't seen to be really usefull and I would rather focus my energy somewhere else.
