My account was blocked. There was no warning. I just put in a gametime code that a friend gave me, and now it's basically wasted. @gizmo where you at to fix this, I have been NOTHING but good in this game.

So i created an account using https://3dxchat.com/test/ and it says it way succesfully created, trying to create another one using the same account igot an error that said this email was already in use. When i try to log in into the game though it says "Wrong Email or Password" (I quadruplechecked both). When i try to recover my password it says the email im using is not linked to any account -
Hi people Can someone help me? I created another account in 3dx but at the time of placing the email I put an invalid email, but the account was created anyway, well I can not change my password or cancel the account if someone can help thanks.

I have a number of friends that don't seam to come online anymore... or at least there alt doesn't. If you cancel or allow your subscription to expire, does anyone know how long that person retains ownership of that avatar name and/or profile? Like, when does the system delete the account?
