hello my account on 3dxchat has been blocked and I would like to know why I am still playing legally I do not understand what could have happened. Will my account be unlocked, I still bought a 6 month subscription, I didn't even have any warnings I just bought it is December 1 and 6 days after I am blocked I would like to understand thank you
