  1. When your power goes out, do you complain? YES But when your power goes out (planned or unplanned) the power company tells you WE ARE SORRY and WE ARE WORKING ON IT. Sometimes they even give you an estimate to restoration of service. But the important part is that they show that they know there is a problem and that they are working on it. Again, it's courtesy. We pay for this service. We can choose to NOT pay. You'd think they would care to keep us informed. Uninformed, we only get angrier.
  2. I was optimistic the LAST time I got locked out of the game with no help from the Devs for 3 days. That was only ONE MONTH ago. They "gave me" 1000 xcoins for my trouble. Which I never got. Whether or not this is an actual planned server outage is not the point. The REAL point is that their customer service sucks. IF you are going to start a PLANNED DOWNTIME, you tell people first. If you have an UNPLANNED DOWNTIME, you tell people that you are working on it at the MOMENT you find out that there is a problem. That is not just good customer service. That is a common courtesy. PS- I agree with JohnBrownsBody- Nobody starts a PLANNED downtime on a Friday before a high-traffic weekend. This is unplanned.
  3. I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one locked out.... it was beginning to feel like DeJa Vu all over again.
  4. No daily xgold. and my "ignore" doesn't work anymore. I can ignore people, but they don't disappear
  5. Wow. So I was unable to log in for 2 days. Loss of xgold = 600. Plus anger Now I'm not getting xgold for 2 days. Loss of xgold = 600 So... they OWE me 1200 xgold, just to make up for my losses, the way I see it. And that's not even counting the frustration for NOT being able to log in, NOT getting my daily gold, and NOT getting the 1000 gold that they SAID THEY HAD GIVEN to me in response to the last problem.....
  6. I was promised 1,000 xgold for my problems connecting to the servers. DID NOT get the gold. Also, I AM NOT getting my daily gold Any help would be nice... I'm a very positive person. And I'm kinda getting tired of getting screwed. I have sent a PM to Gizmo. Again. And submitted a support ticket. Again.
  7. I did not get the 1,000 xgold. And I am not getting my "daily xgold". I fear this problem is not totally fixed. *sighs*
  8. I can log in again. Hooray! There has been a lot of comments directed at the devs. I agree with some of them. But I think it has all been said. For the posters, I wanted to say a few things: 1) THANK YOU FOR POSTING, for troubleshooting, and for submitting tickets. It's frustrating, but these are positive constructive things we can do to fix the problem. 2) I'm not a fan of bashing the DEVS. Whether they have done a good job or not... please don't be a troll. Hateful stuff isn't ever going to help. Your are a customer. Let your wallet be your voice. My 2 cents. Cheers to the DEVS and to the COMMUNITY. See you all in game!
  9. Thanks for posting, Achilles. It's good to know that someone with some kind of official title knows about this issue and that our problems are being looked into. It would be NICE to get a little more info. But at least we have some. For everyone else: DEVS have been notified. I have sent a PM on the forums to Lisa and Gizmo (Administrators) I have submitted a support ticket, as have others. Achilles (Moderator) is posting that DEVS are working on the issue If you have problems, PLEASE REPLY to this thread. It is good to let the staff know that there is a large number of people affected.
  10. THANKS. I wrote a direct message to LISA on the forums. We have gotten no response. Many of us have written support tickets. We all have the new client. Many of us have uninstalled/reinstalled, cleaned registry, etc. SOME of us have multiple accounts. One works. One does not. This is NOT a player problem. We need a response from 3dx.
  11. Achilles, is there any way you can have someone give us SOME KIND OF STATUS on this. It's been a long time for some of us. I don't think it's too much to ask that the Devs say SOMETHING.

  15. You're a MODERATOR- can you please pass this issue on to customer service? We have had NO RESPONSE from the 3DX staff and it appears to be affecting a large group of people. We have taken the steps that we are supposed to take to remove/reinstall our clients and clean our registries. This does not affect everyone. But it is affecting a lot of people. Some people are saying that they have TWO ACCOUNTS. One account can log in and one cannot. Please help!
  16. Yes. I installed the new client and PLAYED THE GAME for an hour. Wore pasties (new content). Chatted. 8 hours later, it doesn't work. I get the message: Could not connect to the server I am showing version 339
  17. Hi everyone. I have sent "Lisa" who is on the 3dx team a PM on the forums regarding this issue and included the picture of it here. I'm sure that's "not proper protocol", but I thought it was called for. Hope it helps! I would also like to add: PLEASE KEEP RESPONDING TO THIS FORUM IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS!   21. I installed the new updates last night. Worked great. Checked out my new pasties. Put some pasties on under my tube top. Chatted with some friends for about an hour. This morning, can't log on. I DID submit a support ticket, or whatever it is. They have not gotten back to me yet. From reading this forum thread, it looks like some people have MULTIPLE accounts. 1 account can log in. The other can't. On the same computer. Not a client side problem. This is something 3dx needs to fix.
