Some of the "no" answers are making more sense. I changed my vote. What I'd rather see is an in-house programmer who is dedicated to poses. Let's start with some basics: 1. Design cum that gradually fades off or can be wiped off. 1.0 had this, 2.5 doesn't. Why not? Right now, it looks like spraying paint that doesn't come off until changing worlds. 2. Design a penis that can be up or down. F key for up/down. This can't be too difficult. 3. Take poses for vaginal/anal and duplicate them for both types and each gender grouping as appropriate. It ought to be as simple as changing the penis/vaginal angle in most cases. The rest of the figures need not change. 4. Cum on breasts, not just face or feet. Cum on tummy like a porn star would also be good. Regardless of couch or bed/floor. 5. Where appropriate, more "bounce" in faster sex poses. Stronger grunts and groans too for both sexes. 6. More types of kissing, including kissing breasts. Now all of this, other than #6, isn't creating new poses, just expanding on what has already been created. Regarding S/M, rape room and other violent poses, I would think those are okay if you also make them "opt in" so nobody is participating against their will. Not my cup of tea, frankly, but in the interest of exploring fantasies, I would not want to ruin anyone's fun or experimentation. Resolve that some ideas/action are better expressed with a /me comment and left to the imagination. Someone told me once that a website is like a shark. It has to keep moving or else it dies. Long waits in between updates loses clients. Major updates are nice but I'd rather see more frequent but less dramatic updates. Thanks for listening and keep up the good work.

I was used to the uninstall/reinstall thing since new patches seem to go without incident maybe 50% of the time. It was the virus thing that was throwing me off. I disabled a part of it so I was able to load and boot properly. Now that the game is installed, I plan on putting the anti-virus back on and seeing if it will behave. Thanks, everyone.

The 2.5 patcher completed it's update but then, when you launch, it's just totally black with nothing to log into. Hey, I've been through these things before so I deleted my version of 2.5 and tried to download the newest version only to find that my AVG catches some adware threat on all three mirrors and deletes the file rather than allow the new download to install. It even deleted my last good download. So now I'm dead in the water. I can't reinstall the old file or the new file on my PC. Would you check your files for any Adware that might be tripping AVG and upload a new version as a starting point? Thank you.

Oops. I just saw the other locked thread and thought I had missed an update. I remember being able to see VR-looking screens back in 1.0 and, now that I have something to use it for, wondered why it wasn't working and assumed it was me. Now, that I'm up to speed, carry on.

I have read about a Patch 362 which contains support for virtual reality as well as a few other goodies but it seems I cannot access it. To make sure I had the most recent version, I downloaded v360 from the website and uninstalled my current version it then ran the new version. It added v361 but, from there, I am stuck. It just so happened, I bought some VR equipment and wanted to try it out but I am appear to be stuck on v361. Is there a way to force the patch or is there a problem with the patch downloading? Are other users having the same issue? Thanks in advance. Appreciate the hard work.

yes, the downside of using a .dll hack is that you must always return to 1.0 to make any changes and who knows how long 1.0 will be around?

I changed my properties as suggested but it does not fix my issue: Appt 1 - walls and background turn to hot pink. Avatar does not respond to mouse clicks. Appt 2 - functions okay but hot pink outlines the windows - background is black. Yacht - day/night indicator is missing and cannot see water - totally dark. Fresco - colors appear off but otherwise normal. Tried to change my setting to the easy water setting (for machines that initially had that problem but no help. I have not tried re-installing the game. If there was a way to stop the patcher at 347, that would be fine by me. UPDATE:: I just tried a full reinstall, downloading v 347 from the server and letting the patcher add v348. It works fine now and I show none of the problems that I was describing above!

I'm getting bright pink walls and trouble moving my character. Now I know others are having problems too with the new update so I will sit tight and see the next patch. Perhaps the next patch should be to back out the last one and start over. I couldn't see what was supposed to be gained from it.

I tell newbies all the time not to treat this place like eHarmony, more like eHorny. I'm glad that it is not easy to uglify yourself here - the avis are like an online Logan's Run where nobody lives past age 30. No biggee but I would like to see a 180-degree pivot (an F-key is good enough) while standing (or a 90-degree pivot I can make twice) so less time is spent trying to negotiate out of corners. In some rooms, it is too difficult to negotiate among all the people/partitions.

Some of the issues are fixable if you know how (if you have AMD, it may be wise to start at the Sin Club and adjust your water setting before trying your Apartment or any island/beach, for example). For the other issues, just report them. They have been working hard to correct what they find. I've spent a great deal of time in 2.0 and can report that most of the early problems have been addressed. True, some people will have computers that are just not capable of running it (I have yet to try my laptop for that reason) but my desk computer is a 2010 running on Windows 7 so you don't have to had the newest, greatest machine to make it work.

I worked with the phone company for a decade and was convinced that people's greatest needs are 1) To be reachable for important communication anywhere and anytime. 2) To NOT be reachable anywhere and anytime. Thus the whole genre of call-waiting, call blocking, voicemail, do not spam, do not call, specialty ringing, etc. was born. As technology continues to advance, the battle to be reached and not to be reached will always continue.

It may have been said further down but you can also use forum emails or dedicated threads to speak to players who are not online, rather than sending a gift although sending a gift is probably the best way to get their attention. I walked two friends through upgrading to 2.0 by having forum discussions with them since the forum does not require you to be signed into the game the entire time.

Regarding installation issues and only one desktop icon, both 1.0 and 2.0 have the same .exe name for their program so, when installing 2.0, you lose the Windows desktop icon for 1.0. Your older version did not disappear, just the icon. The fix for this is to go into your Explorer and find the folder for your 1.0 version - opposite click over the .exe file and choose "create shortcut". When it creates the shortcut in the folder for you, drag the shortcut to your desktop and rename one or the other desktop icon so you will know which icon is for which version. You'll then have one icon that starts the game in 1.0 and another in 2.0 although, by design, you cannot have both games running at the same time. Hope this helps.

Today, I have a new bug. When I click on a chair to sit on, it gives me a choice of poses and then sits me right where I stood in a levitated state. I can't undo it without retreating to the character editor and re-entering the room. Happened to me twice.
