I went to sign up today and about halfway through my order the screen just went white and said visa verifying and nothing happened. I have tried contact the support but have not gotten through to anyone and I am concerned that I am going to get double charged for something I have yet to get a conformation email about. Would anyone be able to help me?

I bought my subscription off of affect3d and i am unsure of it the order went though. I have not gotten any confirmation email or nor a reply from the support line from the website but I have been charged. Any suggestions?
