On Avast Internet Security, browse to Protection, then Ransomware Shield. Select the Settings icon, choose the Allowed/Forbidden Applications link and set 3dx as an allowed application. That should do it.

EU proxy still isn't working, asks for reconnection every time I log in... US Direct isn't much better for me, unfortunately....

Ok, now that we have that cleared, can anyone shed some light on why we're getting the "Your membership has expired" message on the Test Server? And it has nothing to do with restricting it to active subscriptions, since I have the same e-mail on both servers...
