When I run this the command prompt screen dissepear.

I checked it several times when I got the connection problems. All was green ok. That is not my case

I guess I read that. But in my case I can not download the game. Never created the avatar o I can not ask to reset it.

Hi, Just registered. But after downloading 3dx Chat I click on 3dxchat.exe and the only thing running is attached. it makes 5 attempts and fail. Please help
