Hi Gizmo, I'm stuck at the loading screen and can't seem to find a way to get past that, my last resort is to contact support and ask for a character reset, I just have no clue on how to do that through a private message.

Stuck at the loading screen after login.

I can't seem to get past the loading screen, I've tired everything I've read on the forums other than getting in contact with staff and asking for a character reset, I'm not sure how to get in touch with them or really how to fix the problem.
