I tried that but even the launcher comes up with the same message and it does not get past the patcher. Its is not patching the game.

Hi there, I am getting a different message and it is not getting past the patcher as well. I tried uninstalling and deleting the folder and downloading a new one at a different location as well, restarting it but it says the same thing to close the game instance for patcher to update the game. Please advise on how to resolve this issue.
