TY it worked. I deleted a bunch of tiny detailed objects until I stoped falling through the floor next to that spot.

Contact support, they will reset the characters & then it will work. Took about 24 hours after sending them my message. You will need to redo your characters looks. https://3dxchat.com/support/ link abouve, at the bottom of the page (contact support)

Was not updating, was doing a full game download.

My Launcher went to downloading last night but I just logged out. So I uninstalled, downloaded & reinstalled. Now it wants to download full game again. Is it just me?
