Definitely used the same email! I created my account in September 2014 and have had no issues up until logging in now! I've sent support two messages and they just don't want to reply :'( I've spent money on unspent XGold and I'm very upset at the customer service!!!

Hmm sounds very likely, I sent them an email a few days ago but no reply. Not sure how long they usually take to reply, however I was only away for around 3-4 months. Surely they can't delete an avatar that's been inactive for such a short time!

Hey 3DX, I'm having a massive problem after renewing my account for another month - my avatar is gone along with all my XGold I have no idea how or why it's gone, but the name was Hazel. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks! EDIT: Just found a friend and he said that my avatar was not on his friends list anymore!!
