Can I PLEASE get some kind of customer service...I paid for a 6 month subscription have not received a user ID no download link no password nothing but a bill which I have paid...the company that took my money says they can`t do anything but talk to 3DX help who won`t return an e-mail..I`m not trying to be a jerk but I did pay and have receiveInvoice46967225.pdfd nothing...PLEASE
