Support has just contacted me and has been fixed

I did that 3 days ago and got no response. My account was banned because of "Suspicious Activity" although I did nothing, the last thing I did was edit my text in the profile and after that I could not log in anymore. and how long is "Block will end in: ?" no time specified only a ?

I've been waiting for a response from support for a while now and just can't get one. have tried all ways and no response.... what can i do? how long does it usually take for support to respond?
