I have visited several rooms where there is BDSM furniture. There are some type of codes on the furniture like MF-I-II. How do you enter these codes to use the furniture? Thanks in advance.

I looked for the answer to this, sorry if it is posted somewhere. But as the title says I want to add a new apartment to the game, straight swap it with the default one in the game, how do I do this? Is there a video somewhere to watch. Thanks in advance.
