Getting permanent Ban for doing Glitches isn't fair i see alot of ppl doing glitches but not getting ban for it kiel  get permanent ban for doing glitches is too much he isnt hacking the glitches are in the game it self so if u can unbanned kiel he didnt do anything wrong

I come join the topic because for me, give a permanent ban will not resolve the problem on it self. He use glitch yes, but he was not the only one and it look unfair to block his account while the other get their account unblocked. Plus he mention that his account was blocked for "suspicious activity".. He have the right to know what are those "suspicious activity" that he had makes. As a cutomer he have the right to ask about those informations, and to get an answer. Blocking his account permanently will not resolve the problem. Other people will might find the same glitch and will use it.. it should be better to just use that to resolve the glitch instead of blocking peoples account. I think it's not help your company to remain silent when a customer want an answer. it will just build a bad reputation about the game on itself and people will leave or heard about that. To be fair with the other peoples that was unblocked, at least.. unblock his account, like a second chance because all what we see from that is un unfair situation. So please, take some of your time to just answer him, and unlocking his account.
