I'm having a problem getting a new password from you guys, I checked my email both main inbox and junk and I don't see the email. I tried around 10 times this month and still nothing. I would like to cancel my subscription before the auto renewal kicks in, which I believe on december or late november. I emailed BMT as well seeking for help.
If any staff can help me cancel my subs that will be great or inform me your merchant ID to identify what name you guys using to charge me for auto renewal so I can report it to my bank to block new charge from you guys.
