It's happening to all of us. Getting into the world and then saying Reconnect. Not sure what's going on and not sure when we will get an update.

I wish that were true. If they truly wanted to do their best, they would have a Community Manager to handle situations like this.

Are we surprised at this point?

"Sorry our servers had a catastrophic failure. We will be switching to a new server shortly."

First off, I'm not the one complaining about the specific "Window" on when to promote my room or whatever for room owners. If you want to go there, There was no "Window" given other than a "Reboot at 5". A Standard Reboot, The servers come right back on... Let's say they had an issue with the Reboot, They have not notified ANYONE of any issues happening with the server, even though we all know that something is obviously wrong. Their communication with the community is trash.

I know that there was a Reboot scheduled, but a Reboot is Rebooting it. Comes right back on, I've run multiple servers for various games to know this. It just seems like it's not being ran well. Funny how Registration and everything is still open, so you can still buy a membership, but good luck getting onto the servers to play.

Even with a "Project Manager" to learn "Server Maintenance" It was a Reboot. Meaning it comes right back on.

I'm not saying you're a liar. I'm just saying it's still not back up. Keeps "Resetting".

Rebooting also gives us the assumption that the server should boot right back up.... It's still down.

@Yvonny It's not about saving world/avatar. It's about notifying the Community. Even if you can't post up a Serverside Notification for your Customers, you should atleast post something in the World chat. Not everyone has forums and/or Discord up to see when the servers are going to shut down. Did we even get a time frame for how long?
