Morning workout routine. Start with a good run to get the heart pumping and the muscles loose. A treadmill is good and all, but I still prefer getting out in the world and feeling the sun.
I hit the bench next, since you don't want to be pushing a bar with your body weight or more over your chest and neck after you've already worn yourself down.
After getting the rest of my reps in, I just like to kick back where I finish and catch my breath while I contemplate things. This is my morning three days out of the week.
