If you have Discord, use the official game server, go to the bug reporting folder and ask @Eva_support to reset your avatar (include your nickname). Otherwise, log a ticket through the game website.

All the poses are available, no need to acquire anything. But each spot (usually associated to an object) has specific poses (bed, couch, table, wall...). All your examples seem to be associated with wall poses.

Alternatively, to avoid messing up with chat, the arrow keys could be used instead.

You can put the downloaded items on any folder you want. When you import those items into an existing world file (via "merge") they will become part of it, leaving the original item unchanged.

Saving outfits and body independently is the main objective, at least for me. All the rest... I don't care too much

Yes, you need to activate the rotation step snap gizmo, the second magnet on the pic below. After clicking on it the rotation will happen on 15º steps. If you count 6 steps you have a 90º rotation. You can adjust the default snap angle at Settings. The other snap step (the first magnet) is for moving/sizing objects. Instead of displacing continuously, they "jump" on 0.25m steps. This is very useful to ensure walls with the same thickness and adjusting perfectly. This article may be a bit outdated but the basic concepts are still valid:

I agree that it's not usual and it's not even fair... but those are the terms you agree upon when you use this feature.
