  1. I have had issues several times today - and some friends have reported odd glitches in my public room. Hope it's a temporary thing
  2. I received a message from someone in my room last night, where they said they neither accepted or rejected a partner invite, but found themselves teleported into a sex pose with 2 other people. They stopped it, and it happened again right after. The person who sent me this report was offline when I got their message, and I haven't been able to get more details yet. However, they did say that while new to 3DX, they are not new to similar virtual worlds, and this really ruined their experience exploring 3DX. I have never heard of the ability to partner with someone without them accepting, so perhaps this is a bug? One thing that comes to mind is that in 3some poses, if a pose is offered and one person accepts, the other "automatically" accepts also. I wonder if by inviting a person as a 3rd participant, an invitation by the 2nd partner would automatically be accepted, even by the person who didn't accept the partner invite yet? I will try re-creating the scenario when some of my friends get online, and see if I can reproduce it. However, I wanted to bring it to 3DX's attention right away. I'll provide additional updates as I can.
  3. I agree that VR support could use some love! Now that many more people have Oculus than before the holiday season, maybe it'll move up the priority list a bit. I do love how immersive it is, but it is a little quirky.
  4. Hey, at least it's not XML - could be way bigger!
  5. I will keep my eye out for Firefly Island being open, it looks pretty amazing from the screen shots! Love the hot air balloon design.
  6. Thanks, I appreciate it! Will keep tweaking and improving.
  7. I did make a submission the other day, but don't see it listed there - not sure if it's a manual process you haven't gotten to yet (no rush!), or a bug - just figured I'd let you know, just in case.
  8. Been working on various incarnations of The Cove forever now. Originally based on an island I imported and added to, I recently remade the island from scratch. Most buildings are imported (and mostly modified, some quite a bit), but the volcano, hot spring, docks, raft, lifeguard chairs, and some other things are mine. Hopefully something for everyone! Dance / party areas, secluded spots for privacy, hidden secret rooms, you name it! Open most of the time (such as when I'm AFK at work or sleeping), live DJ most Saturday nights 8pm-midnight EST (GMT -5). Visitors and suggestions (or complaints / bug reports!) always welcome. Always tweaking, never the same place twice.
  9. I like the idea! I'll contribute my latest one - I'm reluctant to share the whole world cuz I'm still constantly tweaking it, not sure when it'll feel "done". But was considering uploading some individual parts once I settle on them as well.
  10. My previous room was ~ 3.2MB and seemed to handle (unexpectedly!) ~ 118 people without any reported problems by several of the people I was talking to. I did notice some spawn clogging because of how it was arranged (again, not expecting so many people!), but it also definitely wasn't an orgy room. I did redesign the room and it's down to ~2.7MB now, though I did have an issue with a friend reporting lag by the hot spring presumably due to the steam that I didn't yet find a good explanation for, but have made some changes there.
  11. Good news then, it's not like that now! I made a world with a 1x1m cube and no texture (222 bytes), and also with a 500x500m cube with texture (260 bytes), and the only difference in file size is the addition of the texture name, and that 500 is 3 digits instead of 1 digit. So, you now don't have to worry about object size, just the # of objects. Yay!
  12. Huh, I wonder if they changed it at some point? Maybe it used to be like that? I don't think it'; that way anymore, at least!
  13. A 10x10 cube with a texture should take up as much room (in the file) as a 99x99 cube! Even a 1000x1000 cube should be about the same file size. Making an object bigger will have almost no effect on the file size. The file just tells the game how big to make it, like a recipe. The game itself has to deal with the ingredients.
  14. Ahh, that's the one I'd heard of! I hadn't realized that existed before I made one. Should have figured I wasn't the first to think of it.
  15. Hey Torax - I've used some of your creations, thanks for sharing them! Are you talking about a category for putting room screenshots on 3dxchatsharing.com, but without the world download link?
