It depends on what games you want to play. I don't recommend you buy a graphics card just for 3DX

You have to do that in game. Set all graphics options to "Low", uncheck all graphics boxes, remove the antialiasing

You have no graphics card. Only a graphics chipset. This is bad for playing games The only thing you can do is to set your graphic options to low and hope to have enough fps

It's also a good idea to limit FPS, before I did that my CPU and GPU were always used almost 100%, it was insane

Just calm down and wait for the servers to be stable, insulting each other is just useless. You also have Discord to talk to your friends.
