I can't download the patch from 393 to 396,and I've tried everything I can do,even I rebuild my system.I wonder why don't they release the full pacakage,the latest version is still 392.

I have tried it,even I've tried update game in safe mode,but it's still not working

In fact,It troubled me for almost 1 year.I couldn't update my game to the lastest patch(like the pic,it was always in 0%) except I download the lastest whole client. I've tried ALL I can as the FAQ,like add the patcher to the exception list ,reinstall the game, clear registry,but they were not work. SO I can ONLY download the lastest client in 3dxchat.com ,but now I cannot download the build 393 in website and almost two weeks leave the game world,I miss my friends so much. Can someone give me some advice to solve these problems or can share me the patch 393/whole build393 client. THANK YOU VERY MUCH THANK YOU.
